Last Friday Brandon brought his 5 year old son with him to the house. While we talked business (concrete countertops, windows being ordered, more electrical junk, and countertops for the master bath) Ben and Des entertained Landon for two hours in the front yard. There was attempted tree climbing, flag making with scrap wood, attempted dumpster diving, and of course lots and lots of football. Then Brandon was happy to show them the bullfrog in the cellar catching a grasshopper and then the tarantula. Ben told Landon it was our pet. Uh, nope. By the time they left, the boys were yelling to each other from the car windows and promising to come to each other's birthday parties. It was adorable.
